Whatever problem that you have, it can be fixed with food. Your wife and the person that’s in the kitchen is your doctor, your nurse, and your nutritionist all in one… just from learning the science of cooking food -The science of how to choose the food that you’re going to cook... For every illness can be cured with the proper intake of properly raised food.”

We are excited to welcome Student M.G.T. Captains, Student M.G.T. Coordinators, and trainers from across the country to our National Headquarters in Chicago for two days of dynamic hands-on training on November 6th and 7th.

This seminar is designed to prepare you to teach others. It will provide participants with invaluable instruction, hands-on training, demonstrations, practical experience, and resources to strengthen their knowledge of How to Cook and prepare them to effectively take what they learn back to their respective cities to teach others.

Throughout the weekend, participants will rotate through training sessions covering:

  • Cooking theory
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Practical application
  • Proper cooking class setup
  • Food handling, safety, and sanitation
  • Fire safety training
  • Making M.G.T. Class a production

Our goal is for every participant to leave Chicago better equipped, more confident, and prepared to return home ready to lead an excellent How to Cook class.

Come ready to learn. Come ready to work. Come ready to take what you learn back home and teach others, so that together we can make our M.G.T. Class a production and rise to new heights!
